I don't know about the free shipping but Ritzcamera usually has them for $7.05 each and that's a lot cheaper than if you purchase them in the store. In the store they are usually 9.99 to 14.95.

vellum sheets

I buy vellum sheets and use avery label templates to write out my information. Then I cut to size, adhere with vellum adhesive to the back of the card.
