clear vs wooden stamps

If I had it do do over again....I would buy mostly Papertrey Ink clear stamps. I have about 80 sets of SU which are quality and come at a good price but clear stamps are so much easier to work with...

I second the double stick tape idea... I spent a small fortune on ez mount once. A large supplier of unmounted stamps told me about the tape idea and it works very well.

I always just remind myself that the stamping stuff is not perishable and it will be there when I get to it. It is actually a hobby that can be ignored but is always there when you have time.

Instead of using clear versamark and black EP (which I sometimes get a grain or two that don't shake off and end up embossed when I heat), I need to find black embossing ink which I put clear EP on....
