Default Where to buy EZ Mount?

I ordered a bunch of super cute stamps from Fun Kits in the UK - Sugar Nellie (so cute!!!). But come to find out they are unmounted...

Where do you buy your EZ Mount from? Do you have an online store to recommend?

I live in Canada.

THANKS!
Sarah

Here is a good place to get EZ mount.

I will tell you that I have stopped putting anything on my unmounted rubber. I just put a couple of pieces of double stick tape on them and adhere them to my acrylic block. It lasts for quite a while and doesn't harm the stamps. If your block gets gummed up it is easy to remove the residue with Goo Gone.

YOu could also try Tack 'n Peel. I bought it from Joanns yesterday for less than $5. I was looking at EZ mount this morning to try, but for just one sheet of EZ mount is like $2.50-$4.00 a sheet plus the shipping. I just googled EZ mount and found a few places.

Wink

I second the double stick tape idea... I spent a small fortune on ez mount once. A large supplier of unmounted stamps told me about the tape idea and it works very well.

Does the double stick tape still stick good after it has been on the stamps for a good amount of time? I need to do my stamps and if that works just as good as the EZ mount, I would go that route. It would be ALOT cheaper...LOL

Thanks,
Gail

I use Arlene's Tack it Over and Over glue. I spread with a foam brush on the back of the rubber stamp and let it dry. Once dry, you can use it on your acrylic blocks. It goes for about $4 a bottle at Michael's.

I'm fairly new to stamping.
My question is: if you don't use EZ mount do you need some other cushion under your paper?
I have a couple of stamps that aren't mounted. They're green rubbery plastic and they came with a small piece of foam. They seem to stamp better with that under the paper.

I just ordered a whole bunch of the red rubber stamps and they are not mounted either. The company had some no name mounting product. Do the other brands work as well?

When I am not using ezmount on my unmounted stamps I do stamp a slightly cushioned surface and it seems to help me get a better image. However, with larger stamps I just can't seem to get a good image unless I put it on ezmount. The cushion of the ezmount seems to help even out the pressure and get a consistent image.

Thanks, I've also found that large stamps are difficult.
I've had a bit more luck inking my stamp with a brayer.

Pink Cat Studio has great prices on EZmount. The shipping is super cheap as well.
They are located in British Columbia I believe. They are a Canadian company.
Good luck.
