I had stamped at this at a friends house a couple of years ago so not sure what the stamp is called. I watercolored the image with ink squished onto the ink pad lid. Added purple edge strips and a heat embossed sentiment from by the dock.

Oh so gorgeous!! Glad you resurrected this image to create a card. I also have many panels created but not on cards. Isn't it a great feeling to finish some of these.
