I distressed and sponged the edges and added brads. I used stickles in the centre of the snowflakes and tied the layers with twine. I loved one of the first cards uploaded in the WinterPost gallery by ponygirl40 and tried my own version. Thanks for looking, this is my first upload...so hope I'm doing it right!

You are doing it right...and you are doing it great! What a fabulous card! You've really given this a vintage feel. It looks like you found the postcard at an antique store and made it into a card. Great job and thanks for sharing!
This is just incredible! I ADORE your card. I love every detail - all that tedious distressing, the hemp twine, the brads, snowflake brads, focail image, everything! Just spectacular. How do I get on your Christmas card list? (tee-hee) so you can mail one to me?
