Sorry Kate, getting the paper out of the die is NOT the problem (I use waxed paper). The trouble is that the intricate dies do not cut properly.

DH took the mains adaptor back to the shop for me and found it was wrongly sold - it was a 6V and the Letratag needs a 9V which the shop doesn't have. I wonder how many others they've wrongly sold?...
