This is exactly how I feel! I just quit ordering the last 2-3 months. It is just too fustrating, feeling like you have to stay up to order if you want to get everything you want on one order. IMO...

as you with the grid coming loose, but with the regular stamper, not the wooden one and they handled my issue very fast, and went above and beyond to make it right! Excellent customer service!
