 | | Thank you for this shiny technique! The Free 4 All (Friday) Challenge was to color stamped images and cover them with packing tape; then die cut the stamped images and make a card out of them.
I want to give credit to MFT's Rachel Alvarado for the basic layout.

I cut the Thinlits Rectangles out of a 5 1/2 in x 4 1/4 in panel of basic black. I saved the rectangles, and then used the black that was left as a mask for sponging a grassy sunset onto the 5 1/2 X 4 1/4" white panel that was cut down, afterwards, to 5 in x 3 3/4 in. Removing the mask, I glued the rectangles over the sponged sunset.
Then I stamped the zebras, butterfly and flowers, covered them with tape and die cut them. They are popped up with foam squares.
It's tough to photograph the shine, though. Thanks for the challenge. |
