I had a little playtime with my watercolours and had seen a pear shaped chicken I wanted to try out. I had pinned a chicken in dotted bloomers and combined the two. I added a little T shirt as well, lol and will send this to my 15 year old granddaughter as a little encouragement and happy mail. Inside reads: You can handle it, you have your big girl panties on. Encouraged myself by Andrea Nelson Art, I used multiple media forms to enhance this after it was watercoloured.

You do the best chicken cards. I think it was a chicken card that first led me to your gallery all those years ago. Love the dotted bloomers and all the splatters. Actually, I just love everything about this creation. Great to send encouragement to your granddaughter. At 15, a boost from a loved one means everything.
