For the VSN Challenge Improving Your Performance by Sandy, I chose this card Blue Dahlia by sunstamper at Splitcoaststampers
to recreate. I used the same basic layout, but I embossed the white panel, cut out the dahlia and added a sentiment. This happens to be one of my all-time favorite stamp sets. Thanks for another opportunity to use it, Sandy!

Both cards are pretty. I like that you fussy cut the bloom and like the addition of the embossed background.

The embossed panel adds such clean, crisp structure behind that bold dahlia, and the fussy‑cut bloom really brings the image forward. The colors feel bright and confident, and the lifted sentiment balances the layout beautifully. A lovely reinterpretation of your original design.
