Nancy's challenge today : MMTPT912- January 13, 2026 - The Promise of Morning by nwilliams6 at Splitcoaststampers
I had a little more time than last week but not much, so I went for a quick card and no extra cookies. I stamped and heat-embossed the verse from ODBD. Then with masking and various distress inks I sponged in my sunrise sky. Afterwards I spattered it with a clear sparkle pen.
I cut to the size of the card base, and despite my best efforts I cut it so that the frame was off-centre. Simple solution - cut the frame in two and offset it on the base.
My heart goes out to the family. My oldest nephew was a very premature birth when his twin died in the womb, so he was on oxygen for over a year and had to be tube fed for (thankfully) a short while. I know it's hard to transition back to proper feeding if a tube is necessary for too long. |
