This card is for today's Sketch Challenge as well as today's Alphabet Challenge. We are at letter J and this week's flower is jessamine. When I googled it, I found lovely yellow flowers.
This layout (love the diagonal lines!) is perfect for letting the designer paper do the work. I sponged Old Olive ink around the edges of the floral panel and Soft Suede around the edges of the background panel. I heat embossed the sentiment in gold and added three golden gems. I had this yellow flower left on my desk from another project and decided it was perfect for this card. It is popped up with dimensionals.
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

This is so pretty! I haven't used that HB stamp for a long time, but I love it in the gold embossing! I will have to give this a try. Great colors for a late-summer card.

I agree with you. Pretty paper does most of the work. Love the yellow!

Love how your yellow flower picks up the patterned flower paper as an extra bonus. The embossed birthday sentiment is cool too.
