Ever since I started doing the WCW challenges, I have tried to find other ways to challenge myself, searching YouTube for artists whose work intrigues me. I found an artist who did an excellent video on negative painting featuring trees, which is right up my alley. Her name is Lorraine Rimmelin WaterColorArtisan and if you search for negative watercolor painting, you'll find her.

I've been working on this for a while and after I saw the IC last night, I thought I'd better finish it and get it in a frame. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/212372938648780969/

Repurposing is something that I would love to able to do. I'm always haunting antique shops, resale places and looking on Etsy for vintage items. This Pinterest board is a match made in heaven for me. Thanks, Julie!

Oh, this is just wonderful watercoloring! Love the muted colors of the forest of trees and the frame is perfect surrounding your artwork!
