I was inspired by Renata's Ginko Leaves card. I changed colors and made it a birthday card, as our son-in-law's birthday is next month and his favorite color is green. The leaves were stamped with distress inks evergreen bough and broken china, on watercolor paper. The panel was trimmed down, placed on the tropical teal card base and I die cut the birthday 5 times and stacked it up, alternating the teal and baja breeze layers. The happy was stamped in tropical teal. Here's Renata's card.

A beautiful background of Ginko leaves Sue, love the color and the mix of stamped and die cut sentiment (I think I'm beside you today! but I don't see my card there yet!)

These leaves are very cool! How blessed you are to have a whole tree branch of them to stamp down rather than my measly one, lol. Very attractive colours, too, some of my favourites. Thank you!

Beautiful stamp and gorgeous stamping. I love the colors you chose for this -- so serene. Love the die cut sentiment. Wonderful card for anyone but especially for your SIL since it's his fav colors.

Sue, this is a great case of Renata's card. I love the blue and green distress inks you used. The leaves look like you watercolored them. So soft and pretty!
