Layers of ink
I had fun making a scrapbooking layout using the Simon Says Stamp April Friendly Flower card kit. The kit had so many pretty papers with sentiments and I wanted to use more than one on a project. The photo is my eldest son when he was little. All the edges of the papers were distressed and I stitched them to the background.
Emboss flowers and butterflies on vellum and color them on the back with colored pencils. Add a few details on the front with a white gel pen. Stamp sentiments on left-over pieces of vellum.
