Layers of ink
The background was left-over from another project and had been done with watercolors and cling wrap. Paint with watercolors, crumble up cling wrap and leave on top until dry.
Stamp the gnome and color with colored pencils. Cut out. Die cut a border from glitter paper and add a sentiment.
