I must admit I already knew this origami fold, I've used a simple A4 sheet to fold these message envelopes, they've got a pocket to fit a little card in and the leaf is included in the folding not separate.
Once folded I thought would be fun to stamp one,stamped the flowers and thanks and colored with posca markers, on the little card I've added 2 punched flowers and colored the flower's heart

Ah, I was sure when I saw Niki's that her fold was part of the rest. And I think it's the same as yours, and I've seen DH do a letter fold like this. I really like the "thank you" one.
