I'm not sure if this is really a "felted" napkin, as I never have any luck with ironing on the plastic wrap, and end up using Mod Podge or a thin glue to adhere the napkin to the paper! I think the result looks just as nice, tho. This felted napkin was a leftover from last year. I cut it into triangles to fit the front of the card.
I die cut the Merry Christmas twice from the Garden Green CS, and once from the red CS. I trimmed away the vines & leaves from the red die cut, leaving just the words. Glued one green die cut on the other one, & then glued on the words. Die cut a label from the Champagne Pearl CS, & adhered the layered sentiment die cut on it. Added the glitter dots to the corner.
