Both the hummingbird and the fuchsias were faintly stamped on watercolor paper and then watercolored....think it is called "no-line watercoloring". Then they were cut out. BG was also done on watercolor paper, but sponged with TH inks and then water drops added. In doing this, several DTGD18 challenges were included.

Thanks for reminding me - so busy in work I never even checked the MIX challenge. I love those fuchsias, full of memories. Wish we had hummingbirds here to go with them!

We used to have those flowers growing in our garden in Va Beach, and I just adored them. So delicate and intricate and it's no wonder at all why a hummer would be attracted to them. Simply divine, Sallie...your water coloring and water droplets are Over-The-Top!!! Love what you've created, Perfectly framed~
