Both the hummingbird and the fuchsias were faintly stamped on watercolor paper and then watercolored....think it is called "no-line watercoloring". Then they were cut out. BG was also done on watercolor paper, but sponged with TH inks and then water drops added. In doing this, several DTGD18 challenges were included.

Beautiful, Sallie! I love the vibrant colors in your ruby throated hummer. I saw the first hummer up here in our new place today. We used to have a lot of them when we lived further south.
