Someone here is trying to seal the spotlight on my Witch Hat Treat Bag. I needed to print out the template and all my Halloween paper was either too thin or black on the back, so I chose to use Distress Oxide inks on Kraft resist card stock to make the creepy paper. I made the buckle out of silver mirror paper layering the small square with the larger square. The teeny witch is in the center. A yellow moon stamped toward the top. The brim of the hat is embossed with a bat motif, atop a clipped vintage doily so it would look more spiky. A wisp of nylon mocks a feather or the whisk of the witched broom.
