Friend of mine has a birthday October 30 and a son who will graduate from KSU this spring as a band director. He is in the marching WildCAT band and they go to all the games to watch. I thought instead of Halloween, I would make a KSU hat and fill it with her favorite treat as a birthday gift. Made a doily layer on more Concord Crush to keep the color theme going....Used velcro dots to fasten the back door and decorated the other 3 sides with musical notes and signs.
