Spring Baby Card CCREW417SIP

Here's my first card for the Step-It-Up challenge. The card is quite simple with a strip of DSP from the Cupcakes and Carousels stack and a tag cut from watercolor paper. After stamping and coloring the baby and stars, I added a thin strip of DSP to the bottom of the tag, then pieced together the sentiment.

Great card. The boy colors are nice with all the coordination of that color. That is really a nice little image. TFS
