Spring Flowers all a bloom!

 The "petals" of the flowers are made using the flower punch from Itty Bitty Accent Punch pack and layered with dimensionals. Dazzling Details dot the centers. I used re-inkers in the same colors as the cardstock with an aqua painter to tie dye the ribbon to match.
