Playing with some Spellbinders dies. I embossed this die onto watercolor paper, turned the paper over to reverse the image, painted art masking fluid on the image (it pools into the ridges to keep the image details since you reverse it), and then colored over it, and rubbed the mask off. Lots of fun!

Love the technique, and I love the look you've achieved here. I have only used my liquid masking for fine details, but you prove here there's more than one way to skin the cat. So bright and beautiful!
How did you achieve the cut out on left side? Looks like you used a die of some sort. Thought rectangular die initially, but decided it would've cut 3 sides not just 2. Thanks! Pretty card.

Hi redhorse12345!
I did use a Spellbinders rectangle die and cut it all the way through and then adhered it off-center so you get the shadowed color beneath.
This is absolutely exquisite! I'm also intrigued by the sentiment -- it comes from Unity? I looked on their website and didn't find it. New? Or discontinued? Or I'm just hopeless?
