 | | This 4.5" x 5" card is for the DSP/Color Focus challenge for the January Creative Crew projects challenge, which was to focus on the Love Letter DSP or color combo of Basic Black, Very Vanilla and Riding Hood Red.
Using MDS and a handful of the new Occasions Mini downloads I put together this Basic Black, Very Vanilla and Riding Hood Red card.
The bottom layer is Textured Basic Black CS, I then layered the Pinking Hearts Punch with Very Vanilla and RHR at the bottom.
The XOXO stamp is stamped in VV on RHR Textured CS. "Stamped" the branch and birds from the Nature Occasions Mini MDS set and the saying is from Vintage Vogue.
I used the Presto Patterns Overlay Brush Set in RHR set to approximately 25% opacity on the layer with the birds to help fill in some of the "white space"
Finished off with those great Vintage Flower Adornments, and now I can't wait to print this card out and give to a few special people!!! |
