Pleated paper?

Does anyone have a tutorial or know how to make pleated paper. Not the fan fold back and forth one. The one that looks like drapery pleats... kind of square like. Perhaps they are called box pleats....

I think this idea is great in a pinch but you would have to crop-a-dile each hole on each page. Seeing as I'm lazy lol...I like my bind-it-all because you can put a few pages in at a time to punch...
