I can't speak for their Internet sales, but I used to shop in their store before it closed which was local for me. Great products and customer service then so I can't imagine that would have changed.

I bought mine at a stamp/scrapbook show and it has been worth every dollar that it cost! I am now using many of my large stamps that have been unmounted that previously collected dust rather than ink!
