There are a few apps for the phone now that can be used to scan items by taking a photo and converting it to PDF. Perhaps if you're short of space or want to declutter, you can scan in the articles...

I've started moving my non-SU stamps into DVD cases so that I can flick through them easily. It works for me, mostly because I like using the same system for everything so it all looks the same!

I have exactly the same problem. It doesn't stop me buying all the supplies but no matter what I seem to use (pencils with Gamsol, markers etc), I just can't get them to blend.
