I am a former SU! demonstrator, and have almost 10 years of Stampin' Success magazines. What is the best way to store them, or are they dated enough I should just let them go? I have 5 of the SU! magazine holders, but they take up a lot of space--and they only hold one year.
I personally do not keep anything like this, but one suggestion would be to go through them and see if there is anything that you'll miss if it's gone. If not, let the whole thing go. If there are just bits here and there, pull them out and save them in a binder or something...
A friend just re-organized her magazine stash to save space. She cut out the items she wanted an put them in a binder in page protectors. I believe the page protectors were like the baseball card style with a couple different size slots per page. She only saved the items she wanted and trashed the rest of the magazine.
If you do decide to get rid of them, please take a look and see if any can be used by this gentleman who scans them so we can all have an online archive. Retired Catalogs - Stampin-Style
I was having the same problem, but, I realized that SU has all of this information on the success magazines online archived, so you always have them at your fingertips. I only keep them for one year and then toss out. I feel so much better as I have no space to store all of those magazines. I really felt good after cleaning them all out. Just my two cents...

I've got just about 10 years' worth myself... decided to release them.
Put out notice to my SU group that they're up for grabs till Sunday when they are going out with the recycling. I thought people would be clamoring for them but guess what? No takers. How 'bout that?!
I'm keeping 2015. I have one of the old SU magazine binders and it holds about two years so next January the plan will be to release the 2015s.

I've never kept my SS. I leaf through and out they go!
I have kept all the catalogs for the past 10 years tho. I LOVE to go through them about once a year on a cold and snowy day. It's so fun to go down memory lane. I wasn't a demo for most of those years. Lots of laughs and good times.
I work at one of our outreach offices once a week and I went out to the dumpster to throw out the trash and there were two cardboard boxes on the ground (we share this office space with three other businesses) and I noticed some scrapbooking magazines.
I thumbed through and found some VERY old SU catalogs. They were from the two years before I started (so they were 11/12 yrs. old). It was really fun to look at these catalogs!

Hard for me to let anything go. That being said, if you need the space or don't use them, let them go.

There are a few apps for the phone now that can be used to scan items by taking a photo and converting it to PDF. Perhaps if you're short of space or want to declutter, you can scan in the articles that interest you via an app and save it somewhere (I save mine into Evernote so I can search it easily later).
