you can try putting it in the freezer for a bit. sometimes the metal in the punches swells and sticks, and the freezer helps to shrink the metal again. hope you can get it to work again! :)

I can't find any type of cross embossing folder. There may not be anything out there like it. I did find a couple of cross die sets that could be used instead. Hope this helps! :)

I hope they actually listen! I see clouds used all over in papercrafting and it seems like a given that there be a cloud embossing folder somewhere! I got that same woodgrain folder at Hobby Lobby...
