I go around the edges with a coloured pencil and then using one of those rolled paper things, use a bit or Skin so Soft and rub it from the edges. It's very easy, quick, and the colours are endless....

Yes, just replace the bottom B plate with the C plate. Using the C on the bottom avoids getting cuts on it.
