Yes! I think I remember the "burnout" technique from ages ago too. It probably was why I have the flocked paper. I will have to give it a try and post the results.

Thanks everyone for the great suggestions. I ended up using Stickles glue with a coarse glass glitter sprinkled on it to get a dimensional effect.

Found the answer!

With a little more persistence, I answered my own question about the Inkadinkado stamps above. The sleigh one is "Santa's Sleigh Ride" and the snowflake/tree one is "Winter Wonderland.
