Decided to make the card have some extra dimension, so die-cut a 2-5/8" circle in the card front (Whisper White) and card base (Island Indigo). Then cut a 2-7/8" ring of Bermuda Bay to "frame" the circle on the front.
Flowers were stamped with Stampin' Up!'s Flower Patch set 3 times per flower, then hand cut two smaller subsets of each of the three flowers to create "layered" flowers. Each layer was slightly curled using a bone folder. Contrasting centers were die-cut using the Botanical Builder Framelit Dies. All layers were attached using Mini Glue Dots.
Simple leaves were stamped also using the Botanical Blooms photo-polymer set on Wild Wasabi cardstock using a combo of Certainly Celery and Wild Wasabi inks; and Wild Wasabi and Mossy Meadow inks. The five leaves were die-cut using the Botanical Builder Frameilts Die. These, too, were attached around the three blossoms using Mini Glue Dots.
The larger elements (ring and front panel) were glued together using Tombo Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue.
The greeting on the inside of the card was positioned by drawing light marks through the front panel opening to help position the sentiment. Then the card was opened and the sentiment from the Flower Patch set was stamped using Versafine Black Onyx ink.
I am giving this card a difficulty rating of "4" because of all the hand cutting, and careful positioning that is required for the sentiment.
