I think you will find the inspiration easy to guess with this one.

I'm not really happy with it, I feel I have made the card too wide.
It was really easy once I had re-sized the dressmakers form, the first one was too small, punched the ribbon, and cut the picket fence it was just a matter of putting it all together.

Paper: X-Press it blending paper, SU Pixie Pink (retired), SU Pink Pirouette (Border around Hip Chick and also the tin for the flowers)
Paper Size: Card Base measures 14 mm x 14 mm
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Printer Ink
Accessories: EK Success Ribbon punch, Cherry Lynn Picket Fence die, assorted paper flowers, little pearl embellishments attached to fishing line. Hot pink lace from my sewing stack.
Techniques: Punching and die cutting. Just put it all together

Oh my goodness, this is so adorable and a perfect representation of the inspiration photo - I love how you've dressed up the little dress form and added those beautiful flowers! It's fun, it's pretty and ever so creative!
