I tried the help section-the one on how to upload YouTube says it is private. When I sent a message to live contact I got an error message. Nothing is working for me today.

Help. I see you are online so I am hoping you can help me. I am trying to upload a card for the Nov. 21st challenge but I don't know what gallery to upload it to. I keep getting the message no such category when I upload it to 1. creative crew 2. creative crew challenge and 3 Nov. 2016 challenge. What am I supposed to be doing.

I would like to host a challenge of layers. Here in Alberta the winter gets very cold and it seems that each month from October to January, we add another layer of clothing. Anytime to host is good for me.
