I'm always up to drive to a quilt shop for more fabrics, who's along for the ride? Although, my DH doesn't seem to think I need more fabric nor stamps for that matter. We were to bring anything to do with quilts & pastels, I chose of course to make a quilt card, this is called Trip Around The World...I got the pattern from one of quilt books & used a 1/2" square punch with Studio G dp's. I adhered all the squares, used a CB flower ef & then used my sewing machine & did zig zag stitches. I added the sentiment (hoping it's ok) & buttons.
This will be going to Karin who developed pneumonia in California.

Connie, I'll go along for the ride with you! I love going into fabric stores, it's like a candy shop of the greatest caliber and calorie free! I was just in our local Beverly's on Sunday, oh my, the gorgeous fabrics, and I don't even sew! If only I had the room...

LOVE THIS! I absolutely love this card - the colors are so pretty and soft and the way you arranged all the 'square quilt' is beautiful!

WOW!!! Now this looks exactly like a gorgeous quilt!!! LOVE your pretty colors and patterned papers! The buttons are such perfect trimming and your sewing is AMAZING!!! LOVE every quilted inch!!! Into my favs!

such a beautiful quilt card, Miss Connie.. love the colours and that you sewing the squares together - lots of sewing went on here.... wonderfully done and great sentiment too.
