I'm always up to drive to a quilt shop for more fabrics, who's along for the ride? Although, my DH doesn't seem to think I need more fabric nor stamps for that matter. We were to bring anything to do with quilts & pastels, I chose of course to make a quilt card, this is called Trip Around The World...I got the pattern from one of quilt books & used a 1/2" square punch with Studio G dp's. I adhered all the squares, used a CB flower ef & then used my sewing machine & did zig zag stitches. I added the sentiment (hoping it's ok) & buttons.
This will be going to Karin who developed pneumonia in California.

1/2" squares!!! My goodness girl you are a devil for punishment. First putting them in order and placing them and then stitching them. I'd have some colourful expletives to say as I worked. It was however worth all the work as it's truly beautiful.

Very neat quilt pattern and you even stitched it...so cool....the little buttons are a great country touch...sweet...TFS..:0)

Oh Connie, this is so so lovely! I love all the pastels and patterns. But I especially love the little buttons and the sentiment!!

Bless your heart, I know what this must have been like after doing mine - gracious, HALF INCH SQUARES!!!! and your quilt has a gorgeous pattern - mine was just random 'patches' Just a fantastic job with this!!
