Home made fix for removing glue

I have dotto stuck on heaps of circles that I have cut out. I don't have one of those rubbers to remove glue so thought I would check here to see if anyone had some home made remedies for this.

I love my Creative Memories guillotine but I would like to find one that is big enough to cut 12x12 sheets. Does anyone know of such a one and what they think of it.

Gee I'm over awed with all the helpful comments. I'm going to give a few a try. I also came across a flower that was made of ripped paper layers, so I am going to test that out as an embellishment....
