I would have liked to make a card with a rabbit, as I think they were special to Karen, but I went with one of her cards that I have tucked into my favourites, as I thought it made a good sympathy card. Her card is here: Life Marches On by Art Deco Diva at Splitcoaststampers. Thanks to her great description it was easy pulling out the colours for the sky, the only one I didn't have was aged mahogany. I stamped and masked my elephant, sponged in the sky and stamped the grass and prickles. Added some SN clear glitter pen over the prickles, and a sentiment. Drew a line border on the base.

This elephant is from one of my all time favorite SU sets. Great colors on your sky and I see Karen's card inspiring this one nicely Sabrina. I am sure Mark will love getting this card. Karen's gallery had so many beautiful cards and you chose a gorgeous card for your inspiration.

Karen's card is beautiful and you've done a fabulous job taking it as inspiration. I've always loved that elephant image and your sky is stunning. Love those prickles!

Everything is perfection on this sweet card to remember Karen and to send to Mark. Love your sponged colors, wonderful sentiment and your stamping in black. Your line drawn border is so effective!
