Lovely colors for the May Flowers color challenge from Karen. Colors are Highland Heather, Rich Razzleberry, and Pear Pizzazz. Thank you, Karen.
To learn this creative technique you may find a video tutorial by Tina Zinck on YouTube entitled, SO MUCH LOVE STAMPIN BLENDS VELLUM TECHNIQUE.
Basically this technique is just applying random Blends colors to a piece of vellum and then spreading the colors with a watercolor brush saturated with 91% alcohol (or higher). The finished vellum is then glued to white CS (the liquid glue will not show through). Then use your finished vellum as a back drop or cut with dies or punches. I have done both. Give it a try. It is a lot of fun.

Blending on the vellum gives such an amazing soft look. I love that. I will have to give that a try sometime soon!

I am speechless! This card is spectacular, Penni. I can't wait to try this technique, but I know my results won't be as stunning as yours! What a work of art!

Super stunning look with the beautiful flowers and that dramatic background. I have to try again to find the 91% ETOH. You inspire me to give this a go.
