To learn this creative technique you may find a video tutorial by Tina Zinck on YouTube entitled, SO MUCH LOVE STAMPIN BLENDS VELLUM TECHNIQUE.
Basically this technique is just applying random Blends colors to a piece of vellum and then spreading the colors with a watercolor brush saturated with 91% alcohol (or higher). The finished vellum is then glued to white CS (the liquid glue will not show through). Then use your finished vellum as a back drop or cut with dies or punches. I have done both. Give it a try. It is a lot of fun. |
