For Toni's WTUI challenge this week - you'll be able to find it HERE.
The background is one of the pieces I made for TLC797, shaving foram with Brushos. I stamped the cityscape across the bottom in Ranger's Archival Black, after having first blurred the swirls a bit by rubbing gesso over. I stamped the fox on this piece and also on some white card, where I coloured it using Polychromos pencils. I thought about stamping a sentiment but decided that the simple eclipse word kept a cleaner, less cluttered look. After cutting that, I added the fussy-cut fox and balloons, and edged the piece with a black Sharpie before adding to a white base. As well as Toni's challenge, this was inspired by the current TCP challenge to include an animal. Actually, I wanted to use the larger fox who is carrying a little envelope, but my background wasn't big enough and I didn't have time to make another. It's slightly more turquoise than I can get the photo to look.

Oh wow Sabrina, this is fabulous. I love all the techniques and sense of depth. I bet this looks even more special in real life, that background is amazing. It wasn't until I was half way through commenting on the F4A gallery that it dawned on me to check the WT gallery - I feel terrible for everyone that there were two "blue" challenges in a row.
