Watercolor Wednesday: Use Unexpected Color-I used lavender in the water after I used marina mist.
Alphabet Letters L & S-Sailboat, Sky, Soft Suede, L-Lake, Lavender Lace, Lighthouse
I tried something I've never done before, and even though it may not show up much on the computer, in real life it does show up. I used lavender as part of my lake.
Water colored with an aqua painter and ink pads using some markers for the thin line areas. Sponged and popped up over logbook, which is sponged and also Thanks. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

Beautiful scene and the lavender in the water is really nice. I think adding more than one color always gives a more realistic look to paintings. There are always shadows and reflections of lots of things in water anyway. Beautiful use of the stamp for the background panel as well.

GORGEOUS, my friend! I can see the lavendar in the lake and it so pretty. You have mastered this watercolor thing!! Awesome stamp too. I really like it. You rocked this GF!
