Benzi selected a magnificent site for yesterday's Inspiration Challenge. Thank you, Brenda!
I selected this beautiful piece of wall art as my inspiration.
I stamped the tulip image onto a piece of X-Press It cardstock and began coloring it with copics. I also used copics to color the remaining white portion of the cardstock. Then I used a stylus on the back of the cardstock within the tulip image in an attempt to give them dimension. It doesn't appear in the photo but IRL it looks nice. I finished the image panel by adding my sentiment and die cutting it with Divinity Designs Scalloped Rectangles Dies. I used the remainder of the cardstock to create a purple (the color looks blue in the pic) border using the same dies. I cut a smaller white frame to go around the image panel.
I lifted the image panel with foam tape and glued the frames onto the card base.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Gorgeous card Bev, love the bold colors... So brave to use Copics for the entire background... but it turned out so well. It pays to have a juicy marker. You had the perfect tulips to match your inspiration piece... Love when that happens. Beautifully done my dear....
