Today we are celebrating Lori (ArtzadoniStudio)! I love "bumping" into Lori when we play the same challenges! She has a colorful gallery! I found THIS gorgeous piece of art in her gallery.
My card started out as one of the Oxidized Shaving Cream backgrounds I did a while back. I made a LOT of backgrounds that day! I took the previously made bg and added Broken China Distress Ink to the top of the layer by stamping the ink on plastic packaging, spritzing with water and then rubbing the watery ink on the upper portion of the cardstock. The same technique as Smackin' Acetate but with Distress Inks. If there is a technique in our forums that is the same but uses distress ink, please let me know
Once the background was dry, I stamped the Lemon Grass on the lower portion and added the beautiful My Prayers sentiment.

Wow, that background makes me drool. So pretty and the delicate silhouette lavender grass works perfectly with it. I never would have thought to use a kraft colored card base and sentiment panel with these colors - so glad you did because it looks amazing. Popping this into my favs to study later. TFS!
