This card is for Stef's (dahlia19) beautiful Color Challenge. Her selected color combination is SU Smoky Slate, Watermelon Wonder, and Old Olive. The color combination is so beautiful. Stef's dessert option is to use a die cut sentiment/shape/image.
I used dies to create the floral arrangement, cage, and frame on my card. I colored the flowers and leaves with copic sketch markers closely related to Stef's colors.
I added additional layers to the flowers and some of the leaves to create a 2-dimensional floral arrangement. I placed a pearl in the center of the flowers. The cage and frame were cut from SU Smoky Slate cardstock.
Thank you for stopping by to view my card. I greatly appreciate comments!

Bev, what a stunning three D flower arrangement. Your card is absolutely gorgeous. Loving the cage die and you have used the color combo to perfection. The fancy stitched frame is so very eye catching too.

There just something fabulous about birdcages! Love this delicate and ornate little house in gray with that gracefully curving stitching. Such a beautiful backdrop for lovely and vibrant spots of color in your blossoms and leaves. Yes, this is a FABULOUS card, Bev!
