Perusing Karen's gorgeous gallery led me to this beauty: Vintage Vogue Thank You by Art Deco Diva at Splitcoaststampers That pushed me to try making a card like it. I have wanted to in the past but, quite frankly, been too lazy! Because I wanted to mask the flowers for stamping. Today was the day. I also scaled the card down to an A2 size from Karen's lovely 5x7. I stamped the various flowers and added the greenery. It was a trick to find stamps for the centers. I used the dot from What I Love for the larger flowers and then found a small stamp in the Blooms Fill In stamp set that I could use for the smaller flowers. For the small yellow flowers, I stamped off once before stamping on the card to soften the black.
I heat embossed the sentiment and then added Nuvo drops to the centers of the flowers but my Nuvo drops did something funky so one yellow flower looks a bit strange because of that.
All of this was mounted to my hoarded textured Lovely Lilac cs.
Thank you for the push to try it Karen! And thanks for looking!

What a beautiful profusion of colour! I love your display of flowers and the way you've arranged them around the page. They really bring the eye to the sentiment! TFS

This is just gorgeous! Love all the work you put into it, with all the masking! Great CASE of Karen's card!
