My choice of card was dictated by the fact that I still need some Christmas cards for posting locally...so I used the Stable Card tutorial from Resources. Last time I made one of these, I made it larger and had my star higher so that I had to mail them in board-backed envelopes; lesson learned, these fit in my regular square envelopes.
Nothing to explain, it's all in the tutorial. I used pencils to colour my image. Two stars are cut from gold card and have Stickles, two were cut from a tomato paste tube. I added the banner sentiment because it didn't look right to have something stamped on the base, but the inside also has "Joy to the world, the Lord is come" stamped, before I decided to add the front sentiments.

I pinned and faved these wonderful cards about two minutes after you uploaded...I must be loosing the plot, I was so sure I had commented!! Sabrina, everything about these sweet nativity cards are perfect.
