Michelle asked us to use color on our cards today. YAY! I think that is one of my favorites
I made the background panel by using the embossing folder first, then smearing some Gelato colors over the card, then wipe with a baby wipe to soften the colors and help them blend a little.
The AI image was sent by Fran (Phil's Mom) Thanks Fran!!! I colored it with Copic markers.
I also added some color to the two outer roses so they would match the color palette better (they were both a pale yellow to start). I used my distressing tool too.
Fun challenge! Can't wait to see what some of our SUPER colorers (is that a word?) make!

Oh, this is colored beautifully! I love the soft pastels! She reminds me of Queen Elizabeth......it must be tea time! Love your card!

Hey we're both rockin' the AI images today and we're next to each other in the gallery.. I love the soft colors on your tea lady and how you matched them on the embossed frame..cool! Of course your signature flowers adorn the frame and match her hat I think. Lovely card Kathleen!!
